Problem for Microsoft Outlook 2003 for PC
2 email accounts
I have 2 servers. server1 and server2.
a user on server1 in leeds now needs to go be added to server2 in leicester. I have set up the user with the same name but will be different domains. for example joe.bloggs@company.com will be the email address for both servers.
The emails are sending to server2 domain outlook rather than server1 domain outlook.
Is there a way to resolve this without forwarding emails?
I tried changing the email add on server2 account in AD to a fake email and that worked, but when users look up for joebloggs name on global list it shows the fake email and not the correct one. is there a way round this?

What kind of servers are you using? I assume Exchange. What version(s) are you running? If it is exchange you need to migrate the user from one server to the other. If you can't find it in the online help post some more details here please.
