SOURCE: I own a Beko AP930

Just had this fault fixed on my 930. It is the ice sensor just under the ice cube tray - mine had a broken wire (from rotating several times a day for over a year!)
Fiddley but easy fix yourself with a "leggo" block connector to re join the wire if that is the fault, or ring Beko on 01923 654659 (very helpful company to deal with) for a part.
Part number 4344740185.
The other suggestion about the water filter I respectfully believe is wrong!

SOURCE: top of freezer not freezing, bottom of fridge is?

Could be the evaporator fan motor is not working. This is what circulates the air from the freezer to the refrigerator section.

SOURCE: flashing light re temperature in fridge jenn air model

Your freezer may be a fan cooled system. Make sure that nothing is crammed up against the fan grill as this stops the air flow and probably causes the red light warning

SOURCE: Freezer temperature is continually flashing

There is a fan in the freezer section.See if any ice frost is blocking the fan from spinning. If the fan is not running then its due to faulty fan.And this red light is indicating that fan has to be checked. -------------------- If there is frost collected on the coils and that is obstructing the fan then defrost it., -------------- unplug the unit for 4 hours then reconnect and see.If the problem returns again then defrost assembly and thermostat needs to be checked and replaced. This is the indication of defrost not working or the thermostat not cycling.this parts are to be replaced. in most of the cases, unplugging the unit for 4 hours then reconnecting will help.-------------to get part by part disassembly diagram for your refrigerator unit.please click on the link directly:-- http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-model/Jenn-air-Parts/Refrigerator-Parts/Model-JSD2789GES/1266/0165000?pathTaken=&prst=0&shdMod=JSD2789GES ----------------- This should help.thanks.Helpmech.

My Beko AB910S/1 is freezing the food on the bottom two shelves of the fridge. My wife commented it was making more noise than usual the day before this started to occur. ANy common faults?

The coldest part of your fridge is at the bottom. The bottom shelf will freeze before the top. Check the temperature with a thermometer - its should be about 6 degrees. Trying turning the fridge down a little. If this doesn't put things right chances are the thermostat has stuck and needs to be replaced.

My BEKO AB910 is freezing the food in the bottom two shelves of the fridge section. MY wife commented it was making a louder noise than usual the day before this phemonena started. Any common faults...

My fridge did the same. What I tried, first check the airflow vents to see nothing blocking them. Then I put in a thermometer, as I had increased the temperature dial a month previous. Cold air drops, so the temp was 36-38 F as checked in the morning. I turned down the freezer a tiny bit and upped the refrigerator dial a tiny bit. This corrected the problem for me.

I have a beko fridge freezer. I had an error code

I got the answer myself and thought I would share it.
The E4 code means that the auto defrost is not working. Call beko and tell them the code and they will tell you what part it is. I think the part number is 421445. It is a little black tube with two wires comming out. The part costs about £10. To fit the part you have to go into the feezer side of the fridge and carefully remove the white plastic at the back which is held with clips and one screw. To find where the part goes look for a long white fatish wire. The black fuse or thermostate is hidden in that. You will see where the wires go when you remove the old one. It is easy to do. Once you replace the part the error light will still be on but will go out after the fridge is back to being cold. Don't forget to replace the inside of the freezer when done! Hope this helps. John
