you are going to have to get online and get ahold of kocaso to see if you can either get a replacement tablet, or do you need to buy something else, what i am seeing is they will replace if your warrenty is under a yr old, if not then your going to have to find out from them what to do

Hi, if no longer under warranty? a replacement screen is only option. Is the main lcd panel cracked also, i.e. bleeding in display when pressed? There is an outer cover on top of lcd panel known as the digitizer, this part controls the touch movement of screen.
