Question about Stoves Ovens
Just moved into an apartment in NY with a STOVES750 GRF built in oven. Seller did not leave any manuals. Used it for the first time and fan and light will not turn off!

I had the very same problem. I slid the oven out of the wall about 6" or so, unplugged it, plugged it back in. It worked. I'm not sure if I jostled some connection, or if unplugging/repluging it in reset some sort of circuit fault.

SOURCE: how does the q900 works
I do not know either but I would be tempted to turn off the gas, but keep the electric to the oven, and use a plastic Knitting needle to find out. It should show on a display somewhere.

open the door about 30 degrees, lift straight up to release the hinges, this will allow you to remove the door.
you will be able to assess the hinges from there.
most likely the hinges are just out of alignment
