Question about Nokia Cell Phones
As far as I know there are two possibilities to get this error message. One is poor signal of that respective network for which you just need to switch OFF and ON your mobile and the mobile will be able to receive the signal from near by tower. You may also get this error message when you are trying to insert a sim other than which the mobile is locked to.To solve this problem you need to unlock the phone from that particular network or use the same sim to which the mobile is locked to.To unlock get unlock code from http://www.onlinegsmunlock.com/supported-phones/rs5wp7/

Could be an intermittent provider issue, not sure. You could be selecting somebody else's tower that your provider has banned.
I tend to blame phone's antenna or an amplifier (if it has such). I have had exactly same happened to me two weeks ago with AT&T - "no access" on manual mode, unstable, weak, come-and-go connection. What I did was:
1. removed battery and SIM from the phone and kept it this way for maybe four hours
2. put those back in, did NOT turn the phone on.
3. completely charged the battery, i.e. once indicator says "battery is charged" I would unplug and plug back the AC cord - it will begin another incremental re-charge, at I would keep doing it for at least another hour.
4. turned the phone on - strong connection.
You wanna try this?

Firstly you need to make sure that the phone is unlocked i.e. it is not tied to another network. Secondly, perform a manual network search. You do this by going into your menu and selecting: (i)settings, (ii) network services, (iii) network selection, then (iv) manual. It will then search for available networks: click on any network first, and then go back into it again and click on Lebara. If that still does not work try the SIM in a different handset.#
