How do i put new ink cartridge in

Hi,
The printer must be ON. Open the Front Access Door of the Printer. You should see a Carriage ( the part that holds the cartridges ) move from left to right. Wait for the Carriage to Stop ( usually in center ).
Open the packaging tape from the cartridge and slide the cartridge inside the Cartridge slot. Insert the cartridge from below and Push the cartridge upwards to snap. You will hear the snap sound.
Close the front access door and wait for the Cartridges to be aligned. After the printer has printed alignment sheet, Place it face down on the Scanner glass and press OK button.
The alignment will be complete.

Error 3 (E3) on Schwinn 240 recumbent bike. How can I fix it?

No speed/RPM reading, Console displays "E3" error code
Check data cable integrity All wires in cable should be intact. If any are cut or crimped, replace cable.
Check data cable connections/orientation, insure cable is connected securely and oriented properly. Small latch on connector should line up and snap into place.
Check magnet position (requires shroud removal) Magnet should be in place on flywheel. If no magnet is present, replace the flywheel or the entire base unit (if unable to replace flywheel).
Check RPM Sensor (requires shroud removal) RPM sensor should be aligned with magnet and connected to data cable. Realign sensor if necessary ( 1/8" clearance between sensor and flywheel) if still error 3 then check the sensor with a multi meter unplug sensor leads attach meter to sensor connectors. Have someone by hand rotate the pedal while you observe the multi meter opening and closing the internal sensor circuit if no change in meter readings then replace the sensor.

The Disk Trey gets stuck now almost all the time and takes many times clicking the open button to get it to finally come out what can i do to fix it?

Two problem cause this first the eject motor is not
strong enough to break the magnetic seal holding the
CD firmly in place , second is dust and grime build
up on the gears will put more friction ,making eject
a struggle for the drive.

Short term solution is to press the eject button
wait 1 sec and then slap to top of the box
over CD rom drive HARD. this will break the magnetic
seal and the tray should open.

The permanent solution is to remove the drive open
it up and clean it and re-lube the mechanism.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Door well not stay closed.our door hinges replaceable

If your machine is a Hobart LX series, changing the hinges will probably not remedy your door closing issue.

I'd start at the door magnet. It's located under the handle at the top RH side of the door. Verify that it is there. Next I'd check to see if the other magnet is in place at the top front RH side of the top interior 'ceiling'. It's held in place by a bracket that runs the entire width of the unit.

When the door is closed, these two magnets attract to each other with a firm "snap" and that is what keeps the door closed.

If your door wants to spring open slightly or lazily rest closed without the above mentioned "snap" then you'll need to visually inspect the bottom edge of the door for any cracks or deformation, particularly in the corners. This deformation will cause the bottom of the door to bind against the lower threshold of the machine and keep it from closing. You'll have to remove the door to properly inspect and reform it.

Sadly, my money is on the door being deformed in some way. Hope this helps.

Have just unpacked new HP Photosmart C4200 All-in-One Cannot get machine to accept cartidges which werre supplied with the printer

NOTE: The product must be on before you can insert the print cartridges.
  1. Open the print cartridge door. Figure 7: Opening the print cartridge door c00880893.jpg
  2. Make sure the print carriage moves to the right. If it does not move to the right, turn the device off, then turn it back on again.
  3. Open the packaging and remove the tape from both cartridges. Figure 8: Removing the tape c00880894.jpg CAUTION: Do not touch the copper-colored contacts or re-tape the cartridges.
  4. Hold the cartridges with the HP logo on top.
  5. Insert tri-color cartridge in the left cartridge slot and the black cartridge in the right cartridge slot . Figure 9: Inserting the print cartridges c00880895.jpgc00880896.jpg
  6. Push the cartridge firmly into the slot until it snaps into place.
  7. Close the print cartridge door.
Step eight: Align the print cartridges When a new print cartridge is installed, the product aligns the cartridge. Align the print cartridges at any other time by using the software installed with the product. Aligning the print cartridges ensures high-quality output. NOTE: If a print cartridge is removed and reinserted, the product will not prompt for an alignment. The product memory retains the alignment values for that print cartridge. Follow these steps to align newly installed print cartridges.
  1. When prompted, make sure that plain, white letter or A4 paper is loaded in the input tray, and then press the button next to OK . The alignment page prints.
  2. Lift the lid. Place the top of the alignment page face-down on the front, right corner of the scanner glass. Figure 10: Placing the alignment page c00880898.jpg
  3. Close the lid.
  4. Press the button next to OK . When the On button stops flashing, the alignment is complete and the page can be removed.
