SOURCE: Panasonic KX-TG6051M 5.8 GHz -Caller ID view problem
I have a panasonic KX-TG6051CM 5.8 phone with 3 handsets. After less than a year 2 of the 3 handsets developed the same problem, almost in the same time ( a couples of hours apart). The battery indicator shows low battery and is charging continuously even though the battery is fully charged ( when i swap the battery with my 3rd handset, the battery indicator shows fully charged and works fine ). The handsets were never dropped, never used in a moisture ladden environment ( like bathroom ) and when not in use they were kept in the charger. Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated.
SOURCE: How to view the call log
Call log depends on what system you have the phone connected to. In an 824 it requires 2 buttons and has to be system log, since personal doesn't show missed calls IIRC. These 2 buttons are CID Indication and CID Selection. They are functions 96 and 97 in programming and I usually put them as the top 2 buttons on my button strip.
In addition, there are some extra programming steps to make it work on your extension, but if the steps above work, it's already done. If it doesn't work, please comment back with your phone system model number and I''ll give you more specific instructions.

If you have Caller ID, the calls you have answered (or looked at on the screen) have a check mark by them. To erase missed calls, page through the Caller ID screens until you have viewed all the calls without a check mark. http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-electronics/support/Phones-Fax/Telephones/Expandable-Systems/FAQs/model.KX-TG1033S.F#ts Hope this helps.
