You need a third party solution such as Vpod.

Can you please provide me with a link on which i can download a firm ware update

I always recommend getting ANY software updates from the source. Direct from the manufacturer whenever possible. If it's Java, go to oracle. If it's Windows, go to Microsoft, you get the point. Whatever name brand it is try to find the parent company, and go as close as you can get to their website. If nothing is available that'll work, go to a trusted download site like Cnet or tucows. If you do go to a non-corporate download site, read the fineprint carefully before clicking "I Agree" You should read the fineprint for facebook mobile and 4K Downloader,,,, CRAZY! If you don't have either of those, keep it that way, trust me. Hope I helped, Grim

Is there driver/ software for Win ME for the Sansa Clip mp3?

a friend told me that if the device shows as"connected" when hooked up (it does) AND the battery charges correctly (it does), then (a)the USB connection had enough juice; and (b) the PC recognizes it - i just had to FIND it. device manager/ MyComputer: nada; same for ANY file/ folder with "sansa" or "sandisk." working thru WMP (Windows Media Player), however, I discovered that drive E - for a portable hard drive, NOT currently connected via USB - was STILL showing up in the "Copy to CD or device" field. sure enough, it was the SanDisk clip player (even though it was NOT under the "Recognized Portable Devices" subsection). without using the installation disk at all, it downloaded tunes just fine. *note: the installation disk seemed to be an .exe file ONLY for the Rhapsody music service. as noted above, it was unnecessary. also - my USB ports are 1.1 and not 2.0, and package stated USB 2.0 was a "minimum requirement" - not true*

Can't download Itunes software required to Dell XP400 Windows 2007

If you have Windows 95/98/ME/2000, install Windows Installer 2.0

If you have XP or higher, install Windows Installer 3.1 - you might have had some computer geek friend uninstall Windows Installer 3.1, thinking they were "helping" you, or your computer never came with it in the first place.

I pod software

here is what Apple says about that: Tunes and QuickTime software for Windows require Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4, or Windows XP with Service Pack 2.

Computer doesnt read USB

Make sure you have media player 11
If you can, the best test is to try your player with another PC, to see if you still have the problem. This localises whether the problem is with the PC (most likely the USB) or the player. See the link below (search on "connection problems") for a lot more troubleshooting on this.
Download recovery tool off creative's website.
go to my computer > click on hardware tab >
click on device manager button > in the is next screen on the bottom should have>>universal serial bus controllers
(write these down just in case it cant find them)
right click on them and uninstall
reboot let windows reinstall them

Also told Microsoft hotfix causes this problem try uninstalling the last hotfix
If that doesn't fix it try the USB cable
