Hi i have a potterton netaheat profile 50 pilot is lite but main burner will not can u help please ?

There is a black reset button underneath the boiler, a safety over heat button, try resetting it if the pump has no flow restrictions, then most likely the over heat stat is failing.

My saeco incanto shows "heating and rinsing" in the display but is going nowhere from there

Check the Breakers on the boiler. Most newer machines have the breaker against the boiler which can be reset.

Important --- Please make sure the machine is unplugged before attempting this.

Why does the reset button on the aquastat keep tripping every time boiler finished a cicle

Hi, this is because the boiler aquastat is faulty! Change it out as the contacts are worn out causing it to trip the stat. I have seen this so many times. Please let me know.

The boiler is not heating radiators and no hot water. Any ideas? Is there anyway of resetting the boiler? If so how do I do it? Thanks in advance.

when you say not heating do you mean the boiler is firing and not getting hot enough? If it is not firing at all check t-stat to make sure it is calling for heat. also check aqua stat and low water cut-off. your low water cutoff can be reset there is a small button on the side and your boiler motor has one as well just look around it can be hard to find.

Saeco Incanto Classic has no sign of life. Has horseshoe type heater, fuse has continuity. Power switch tests ok. May have experienced power outage.

Hi
There are 2 boilers in your machine. There is a main boiler on the left rear of the machine. It should have 2 thermostats that each have a reset button. The buttons are between the 2 wires on each thermostat. They are on the outside of the boiler between the boiler and the outside of the machine. Push the buttons and then try again.

Can't find circuit breakers on the boiler for Saeco Incanto

Hi
It depends on which boiler you have. If you have the round boiler (looking from the front top down, they will be on your left side). They will be on the bottom left side of the boiler. There are 2 of them on the round boiler and there are 2 wires to each thermostat. The button is between the 2 wires on the thermostat. You need to push both buttons. If you have the square flat boiler there is no reset button but a thermal fuse on the back side of the boiler. You have to remove the steam boiler ( horseshoe) to work on the flat boiler. FUN

No Power

Hi,

Take off the water tank and loosen the two screw in the chassi. Lift the chassis little and take off the back piece.

If your machine is new model then you have a round boiler on the right side, put in a finger between the chassi and the boiler, you have two thermostat fuse you have to reset.

If you have a old model the you have a fuse on a wire, if you not find any wire with fuse, then you have to take off the top of the machine. You will then see the power card, find the fuse on it and check it.

Hope this will help you.

Best regards
/Mirran
