What are the advantages of using steroids?

There is none, when it comes to building muscle mass. Steroids are hormones that cause muscle tissue to respond to exercise and body building at accelerated rates. However; there is a price to pay, such as enlarged hearts, kidney damage, liver problems as time goes on. The longer the use the more potential for damage. Do it natural way and leave steroids alone.

The greatest advantage of using a medicine ball over a regular weight lifting exercise is the option to throw the ball at any time during the exercise. Throwing an object off your body arouse groups of muscles in your body to work simultaneously and therefor much more affective and difficult than a normal exercise.
