I updated my Virus Software and now my Fellowes Driver won't work properly. It says I have a two button mouse

surf over to the fellows website, and find a driver/software for this mouse for your operating system, download and install it. That should fix it. otherwise you can try changing the settings for your mouse in the control panel under pointing devices. I think your type is in there, and can be set back to three button or scroll wheel mouse. ect.

I have a new Dell computer, which has no PS2 port.

No, unfortunatly there is none unless you specificaly ask Dell for a usb driver.

It's a common myth that users think USB has built in drivers in it's hardware. The only resolution to this issue is to ask the manufacturer for a new driver for this specific item to run under usb.

Q: Will the Fellowes Opti-Trac fit a large hand with long fingers?

Dear sue, the Fellowes Opti-Trac is an ergonomic mouse, and is quite big in size, therefore is should adapt to a large hand.
If you suffer from RSI, or have troubles in adapting your hand to mouse, he best thing to do is going into a shop selling this and similar ergonomic mouse and try them.
Here is another top ergonomic mouse also designed for a large size hand.

Wireless mouse not picking up

Normal 0 Try disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When the program asks you to connect the Mouse Receiver to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
