Check if they can get it for you. They have plenty of Reebok manuals. Just send them a request.

Singer 328K is jamming.

Most likely there are jamming threads at bobbin room under the machine stepping pedal, try to dismantle it to get rid of these threads.

New singer plus one.....constantly stopping with message top thread broken (which it is not) but there is a nest of thread from the spool underneath...have rethreaded from spool and bobbin # of times

bird nesting of the bobbin thread is a result of the needle thread tension not tight enough
increase that tension up and the message may be eliminated

One of the tension dials on janome 304d serger seems broken

When you say one tensioner is broke what makes you think that?
Try to pull the thread through the discs and see if turning the knob changes the tension. If it is leaving loops this may or may not be a tension problem. As a test you can pinch the thread and see if that corrects the loops with increased tension. Otherwise you need a service tech.

New Home ss2015 machine. I am having trouble with the thread tension. I have loops on the bottom. I have cleaned the bobbin case, changed the needle, re-threaded and moved the upper tension all the way up....

try adjusting the top tension to 3 & if it doesn't stop the looping, try 4 but I wouldn't go any higher than 5,, if changing the top tension doesn't help then I suggest taking the machine in to have it serviced. the bottom tension is more difficult to do,, it's also very possible that the top tension dial is messed up & needs replacing. only a sewing machine shop can tell for sure.

I have a Viking/Lisa Model. I am having trouble with my tension and I am not sure if it is the top or bottom. My bobbin thread is all of the sudden too loose.

I just bought a Viking Lisa, and also had to adjust the tension. Use the manual to make sure you've threaded the machine correctly and put the bobbin in correctly. (I wasn't getting the bobbin thread the way it needed to be.) Then gradually increase the tension on the dial inside the top cover, checking the bobbin stitches every two inches, ending up on about 4 1/2. If this doesn't take care of the problem completely, gradually increase the side tension dial, and between adjustments on both dials, you should end up where the stitches look good. Also make sure to use cotton thread; mine doesn't like polyester thread. :o)
