Question about Keurig Vue V700 Brewing System - 110774

Open Question

Mystery "washer"? I noticed coffee dripping from the regular spout it's intended to come from, as well as from an opening right behind it. Coffee was also coming the front right corner (as I'm looking at it), near the button you press to remove the brew head. I figured it was time to clean and descale it. When I removed the brew head, I noticed a gasket of sorts that was loose in the tray (brew head). This gasket is a cylinder about 3/4" tall about 1/4" in diameter. For the life of me, I can't figure out where this ****** goes. Any thoughts?

SOURCE: Keurig starts & stops without brewing coffee, just descaled

The pic is clogged with coffee or the air bladder is bad. Use the tool on the underside of the tray to clean out pic. If that doesn't work, the bladder will be bad.

SOURCE: unit will not brew when pod is inserted; works w/o pod however.

This may be one of two issues:
1. The pump is malfunctioning which can cause the internal reservior to not completely fill which causes issues during brewing. My unit dribbled random amounts of water instead of brewing for about a week before the pump died completely.
2. The puncture seal isn't in the right position. Open the Keurig fully so you can see the sharp puncture pin. Very Carefully push the black rubber gasket around it all the way up. Then pull it back down about 1/16". Brew a cup, if the problem continues, try sliding the gasket further down by increments of 1/32".

SOURCE: Our Keurig only dispenses a partial cup of coffee.

Keurig coffee maker dispenses only part of a cup (about 5 ounces) after brewng one cup. Running a second clear cup (w/o K-cup) shows coffee grounds in cup of clear water. the maker will then brew a full cup of coffee. It appears that the top pin is too long and goes into the coffee after it punches through the top of the K-cup. Some of the gorunds appear to get stuck in the top pin.

As the coffee is dispensed, it is normal to have some residue left in the tubing and spouts. It is the reason that the machine will require cleaning on a regular basis using the Jura tablets that dissolves the coffee film. In the case the spouts get clogged, the best approach would be to dismantle the spout assembly. Since it may not always be possible, I found that filling a cup with a coffee cleaning solution such as Puly Cleaner (pulycleaner.co.uk) and having the spout dip in the solution overnight can help. Probably that dissolving a Jura cleaning tablet in a cup of warm water would provide similar cleaning power.
Dismantling the spout is rather straightforward. You start with removing the front logo by rotating it counter-clockwise. Behind it you will find a T15 Torx screw. Removing it will allow removal of spout cover by pulling the top part lightly towards you and then sliding it down below the spouts. Grab the spouts by the sides and wiggle downwards until it comes loose. You can now clean the spouts but will most likely need to soak it. Both spouts seem clogged

I have a Jura Impressa F7 that had the exact same issue. To solve it was pretty simple. Try and make a cup of coffee, and while the machine is trying to pump the coffee thru the spouts, grab the chrome handle on the spout and vigerously move it up and down rapidly. You should notice small grounds of coffee dislodge and follow the stream of coffee into your cup. If you do this a couple of times, you will be able to clear the trapped grounds within the spout. Hope it works for you as well as it worked for me.

Water not coming out of dispensing area, goes to drip tray instead Water comming out in drip tray instead of regular way

Try this, if the machine has a pregrind door(usually on the top front) then use the button to tell it you are using pre grind coffee, if water comes out the spout this way then the grind on the grinder is too fine, if it goes out the drain then the coffee passage is blocked, remove the brew unit and check/clear tubes, also clean the spouts on the door of the unit.

No coffee coming out, just hot water

Two questions:
1- Is the coffee grounds wet or dry?
2- Does the spout drip water when the machine is just heating up?
If the grounds are dry then the brew chamber is not getting any water. Turn machine off, let it cool down, then remove brew unit. Behind the brew unit there is a white valve with 2 red o-rings(sometimes black), if you look closely there is a small lever between the o-rings, get a small screwdriver and gently lift lever and spring, if water came out then the problem is in the brew unit, unscrew the stainless steel screen which is under the large red O-ring on the brew unit and clean, also make sure the tube on the unit is clear.
If the hot water spout is not dripping when the machine is heating up then you're good.
