Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

This never was a problem. I must have posted this thinking I was posting it for a Vizio VX37L which I did finally post and pay for your 9.95 service. You can take this along with projection stuff out of my nproducts listing. As yet I have no solutins for the 37L. I've got to call the TV repairman soon as I have Direct TV coming out to install on monday and they cant install to a non working TV. Thanks anyway

I have the exact same problem/symptom. I suspect this is a very common problem only folks just now discovering it as we buy new hdmi devices. I called technical support and got the "sorry, out of warranty" talk. Mr Badge #74754 claimed that this was not a known problem. Would love to hear if others having this problem.

This is just a shot in the dark. Have you gone to display properties / settings on your computer and selected your second monitor? I'm not really sure if you have to do that with HDMI but its a possibility. Good luck.
