Question about Mr Steam CU750AB3 Commercial Steam Generator for Steam Rooms, 18kW, 208V, 3 Ph
Unit wont run due to lwco.probe tests good.

The LWCO is designed to shut off the power on the control circuit if the probe ever looses the constant ground it is reading by being submerged under water. If your LWCO trips it could indicate your are either in a low water condition or that you have excessive calcium or mineral that is coating the probe with a layer or thickness around it which is preventing it from reading the ground through the water and will trip the board on a false low water signal. It would be best to pull out the probe and clean it with emery cloth to remove any hard water buildup from the rod. You can also check the board electrically by removing the probe wire from the probe itself and manually grounding it to the tank or jacket to simulate the ground signal, after which hit the reset button. If the board does not reset you may have a board issue or there is no power going to the board in the first place.
