Question about Maytag MAH6500 Neptune Front Loading Washer w/Built in Water Heater
I found out there was a lawsuit about this, but ours just stopped working now... too late to file for the suit. But I found this on the lawsuit site and it sounds like what is wrong with our machine:
For customers with a claim for door latch and/or wax motor, their Neptune washer will not lock the door and advance into the spin cycle.
So how can we fix it? ...
In ebay under maytag washers, there's a fix involving a resistor, a transistor, and a new wax motor

You will need to replace the door interlocking device.
