There should have been a "cutout" templet with the sink. Generally a "Jigsaw" can be used to cut out the pattern after first drilling a hole to give you a starting point for the saw blade. Put masking tape or duct tape around the cutting area first to avoid marring up the counter when making the cut. One can also put duct tape on the bottom of the saw platform which will give added protection in not marking up the counter while making the cut.

Get a "FIT ALL" basket for now just to make it so you can use the sink, and most people will never see it . Order a new strainer that fits, They might send you just the one complete system

The thing that happend is your hoping to get everything done.. Dont let that upset you .
It will take a week or two. But you have a working sink and let Blanco worry. They will do what ever they need to.

Generally you often have to trim some of the plastic drain pipe to get things to fit in your particular situation. Just be sure to cut the end that goes into the compression fitting, Don't cut an end that has threads or a rim on it. Cut the pipe carefully with a saw or better yet a hacksaw. It enjoys cracking and will do so if given half a chance. The good news is it is chap and available at every hardware store. So cut and trim away just leave enough so that it will fit a good 1 1/4 inch plus into the other pipe. Hope this helps

The sink has scored holes across the back and comes with specific directions on how to pop out the extra holes. The sink comes with one hole already available. Follow the directions. Great sinks.

you can call or e-mail the company, if the faucet is the one in the picture it is a single cartdridge, turn of bith hot and cold water, take an allen wrench into the little plastic cover to remove the handle , unscrew the top cover or it might pop off, that there is either a large lock not or 3 screws holding down the cartdridge, take it out replace it put some faucet frease around all rubber gaskets then install it in the smae way it came out
