Treadmill walking belt lubrication

most bicycle shops have a tool called a sprocket remover. you remove the nut.it threads in the hole then you turn the handle to remove.

The shield will not come off unless you remove the entire crank, not just the pedal. to do this, you need to buy a CRANK ARM PULLER TOOL available for around $15.oo at any bicycle shop. Make sure to get one for a square tapered bottom bracket.
