What are the possible sources of the following problem? Our convection oven works fine when it's turned on in the morning. However, when you open the doors for too long, the fan needs a manual push

The oven is designed to turn off the fan if the door is left open too long. I think it is a protection to avoid injury to the user due to heat circulation. It might be best to turn down the heat setting when opening the oven for long periods whilst the cooking is on. If you want the manual it can be downloaded from this site. see page 23.

Jenn air oven will not heat you push bake and it says 100 but never heats up

One side of your 240 volt connection is disconnected, most likely in the plug wire connection. The neutral and one leg of your 240 is working thereby your display still works since it runs of 120 volts. Happened to me I had one wire come loose from stress on the plug

Bake and Broil Elements not working, all top elements are O/K and Elerctronic read out also O/K

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. If neither the bake nor the broiler heating elements heat, but the range burners still works, the clock may be set for a timed or self-cleaning cycle. Check to be sure the clock buttons and knobs are set properly. If your clock has a knob that says "push for manual", push the knob in and try the baking and broiling elements again. If it still does not operate properly, you probably have a defect in the thermostat, selector switch, or common wiring.
If the oven does not have a separate bake/broil/etc. selector switch, the problem may be with the thermostat. But it's not easy to check the selector switch or thermostat for proper operation. If you suspect a problem in this area, call a qualified appliance repair technician.

Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

Cleaned oven now won't heat

Probably what happened is during cleaning cycle the oven overheated the tco (thermo cut off). This is a thermo-fuse that is located behind the control board. It will need to be replaced.
