Question about Stairmaster 4600PT Stepper
We need to move it and it does not fit through the door and narrow stair way..

just check the speed of unit if she goes faster than when she was on level 17-or 19 it is ok
if not calibrate the tension but i think it is always feels like this

console could be defective try to diagnose it by entering diagnostic codes from your manual
also check the mechanical parts inside , a hinge rod could have slipped out and has pinned the entire stairs
