There is nothing in the motherboard manual about a long continuous beep:
Supermicro Products Motherboards 4th Gen Core C7Z87 OCE

I would check to make sure none of the cables are backwards (ie the 16 pin is the likely culprit). Otherwise, I would attempt to boot using a single stick of RAM, check the CPU socket for bent pins, or check the warranty status and return the product for repair/replacement:

This sounds like a motherboard issue, sub out the ram memory one at a time. If there is no change suspect the motherboard, option main board replacement.

Cycle Signal keeps beeping loud-soft every 15 seconds while dryin

Hi Celine, I just experienced the same exact problem. I came here looking for a solution. I got mine to stop by holding down the cycle signal button for 3 seconds, releasing it for three seconds, and repeating until both lights (loud and soft) went off. Hope it helps.

Makes loud continual beeping noise after boot up and fan sounds very noisy

The beeping is most likely bad RAM, the fan running loudly may be a result of the system not being able to detect it's own temperature (which can also be caused by RAM if the system can not post correctly) or it could just be a dirty fan.

System stops working. Task manager show nothing working and then a loud speaker beeep continuously

Is there a sequence to the beeps? If there is then it is telling you the problem with the beeps. For example "beep" "beep" "beep-beep" would be a processor register failure. Also check that the cpu fan is working...it might be overheating if the fan has stopped.

Try running a good registry cleaner like Glary Utilities or Advanced Widowsystems. That should help. Also try checking for driver updates on Dell site.

Cycle Signal Volume beeps from loud to soft

This is a common and very well known problem with the Oasis. You will need to replace the operator interface board inside the control panel to resolve this issue. The board is located directly behind the control knob. If you post back with your model number, I can research a part number for you, give you info on where you can order a replacement, and give you guidance on how to replace the board yourself.

Beeping before booting

probably the RAM. Take it out and put it back in to check. You will need some RAM to boot, so try each stick separately if you can. I'm guessing though that you'll have to get at least one other stick of RAM to check. You'll probably find that one is bad. It's probably covered for life, but that would be a good reason to upgrade it.
