Used tires sometimes are used for a reason. Also make sure your brakes are releasing completely (especially the emergency brake)...sometimes over-tightening wheels on to the disc brakes can cause excessive noise.

Your tire sensors are sensing different size tires./ Your tires are rotating at different speeds because of the size difference. put the same tires on the front axle if front wheel drive. and the same tires on the rear if rear wheel drive. be sure to match tire pressure.

You have two unrelated problems. the power loss can be from a variety of things. What you first need to do with that is have a scan done (many parts stores do that free)...then if you have codes stored, you at least have some direction to go in with that.
The shaking is called death wobble and also has many causes. The most common are bad ball joints or tires that are worn sufficiently so as to not have enough foreward momentum to not react to side loading from bumps. The same tire can still generally pass inspection but is no longer useful on your vehicle (usually with around two thirty seconds of remaining tread measured at the wear bars). Any wear in any of the front end steering components or bushings can also cause wobble...sometimes it is a cumulative effect of slight wear in several places totaling an unacceptable amount of overall play. If you just had brake work or new tires installed, sometimes improper torquing of the wheels can also cause that. If you don't see anything obvious have an experienced jeep tech look at it. It can be dangerous and is nothing to ignore or wait on.

After filling 06 300c with fuel it stalls repeatedly then runs ok


Check the charcoal canister vent or filler tube vent to see if it.s plugged

Right rear axel makes noise


You need to jack it up, And put it on jack stands. Its a safty thing. Next spin the tires with the engine, Put it in drive. let the Brake off slow. Don't forget to block the front tires with a brick, or a 4x4 or 2 pieces of fire wood. Put one under each front tire. Now run the engine 30 to 35 miles per hour.With the tires still on your Rover. Pay close attn to the noise as the tires spin. Now pull the wheels and pull the rotor or drum off. Now if its a bearing you will here it. Be sure to let off the gas pedal very slowly so you won't hurt the drive train. We checked wheel balance, Wheel bearings, Brake noise, even out of round tires can be spoted while running the tires on and off to do the test. its like driving it down the road but you can get down there and look and hear things. I sure hope this is helpfull to you.

Check for trouble codes first thing, It could be a number of things. example, mass air flow sensor, map sensor, crank sensor, ignition module. Check for codes first to see if there are any. That will help you get on the right track

Rough idel , cuts out while in drive , stalls ,engine skip


Take the car to a garage that has a computer. I had the same problem and it turned out to be the idler solenoid that is located on top of the engine on the fuel injector port. The computer will diagnose the problem in a short time.

The one thing you never mentioned was if you had your Jeep SUV Front-end Aligned after you had the new tires installed?

I'm guessing/hoping you did???

Where did you have the work done at? Be specific here!

Was it a 2-wheel or 4-wheel alignment if that applies here? Big difference it was done RIGHT or if it was done WRONG? That's just maybe part of the problem though if it was indeed MIS-ALIGNED. When you say PULLING - that is a BIG CLUE right there of a possible MIS-ALIGNMENT!!

Not sure what size tires you had on it originally or which size new tires you had put on, but if the new tires were over-sized then you are rubbing on the mainframe or possibly rubbing the front fender wells??

This has happened before, as sometimes they don't pull the right size tires from stock, and then don't double check them before mounting them.

Esp when you are running bigger rims and lower profile tires, which might be your case, as you didn't say anything to the contrary.

If we're talking about STOCK tires for STOCK tires here then your driver side door decal will state the factory installed tires as to their proper size. Any modification to that as to bigger rims and lower profile tires has to be done to factory recommended specs. Lets hope so anyway!

If I were you I would be double checking everything, as to what was actually done, and as to what tires, etc were put on your SUV.

The clue to your problem lies right there to start with! After all nothing was mentioned about any "pulling" before you had the new tires put on.

Here's one last big clue as to if you actually got a "bad alignment" on your Jeep SUV.

Have someone else drive behind you on an empty straight flat street (or else have someone else drive your Jeep and you follow behind about 4 to 5 car lengths back). If your Jeep's body is trying to track crooked (as if on an angle diagonal to straight ahead) as the tires are trying to track straight ahead - then you definitely just got a bummer mis-alignment!

I'm putting my money this is the case, as I've seen it so many times it's not funny.

It called a "shade tree alignment" and for good reason.
