QMICM is a debugging program specifically for Kyocera phones, generally used by software developers for debugging. Also QMICM is used when rooting some Kyocera phones.
If the copier won't boot, you probably have corrupt main firmware or an issue with the dimms or hdd. It sounds as though you are probably are not a Kyocera tech. You're probably gonna need a tech to figure this one out for you.
IF it says downloading program it sounds like it is trying to update the firmware. Did someone stick a compact flash card in the CF card slot. If so removed the CF card and reboot the machine.
