Try turning off the power to the dishwasher at the circuit breaker box. leave the power off for 5 10 mins and then turn breaker back on and try to restart dishwasher. This may reset the board and it may work

SOURCE: control panel access
Open the door and remove the top screws connected to the console. Close the door and flip the console down toward you. Remove the control cover to gain access to the control board and the thermal fuse.

SOURCE: Will not drain
There maybe something stuck in the pump or the pump is bad. I have also seen obstuctions in the drain hoses comming from the pump causing it not to drain properly.

is there any function at all? if not, check thermal fuse located inside near control panel, check www.searspartsdirect.com and enter your model # to show how to take it apart. If it has functional display lights, replace main control board after ohm test on wash motor and fill valve.
