Better to contact Toshiba if you do not have a manual or contact Netflix or even a Toshiba service provider near you. Try surfing the web for your question.

Unfortunately your model Samsung is not a "smart TV" or WI-FI. Your only option to view Netflix is by connecting a laptop or PC by HDMI with internet/browser access. Or, you can purchase a DVD/Blue ray player which has WI-FI and Netflix built in App among several other services. I recommend the later. Hope this helps.
