Does my Mom's Samsung TV (Model UN32EH4003F) require a wireless adapter to connect to the internet via WiFi?

The UN32EH4003F needs a streaming device to connect to Wi-FI. This can be a set top box (Amazon Fire, Roku) or one of the streaming sticks. You can't use a USB wireless adapter to connect the TV to a network. The specifications and manual for the TV are available from Samsung support: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/UN32EH4003FXZA . The current link to the manual is http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201406/20140627170213074/[UE4003-ZC]BN68-04466A-02ENG-1016.pdf .

I hope this helps.

Xbox offers the most-64 channels including HBO Go, Showtime Anywhere, Starz Play, CBS Sports, MLB.TV, Nat Geo TV, Vudu, Sling TV and many others.Smartphones, Tablets and laptops: If you have a newer smartphone and TV made by the same manufacturer, there might be a screen mirroring setting such as Samsung's AllShare or LG's Miracast on both devices. This enables you to cast whatever's on your smartphone to your TV. For laptops, just plug it into your TV with an HDMI cable. How do i get captions for netflix streaming on samsung series 7 tv?

Is your Netflix being streamed from a box, or is the app built in to your TV. Either way, you would have to go into the user menu of the Netflix app for closed captioning. Not the TV menu. Hope fully this has helped. Try this link. https://help.netflix.com/en/node/372

I'm not sure what a bn68 is and I work on Samsungs! Most TVs manufactured today can handle all picture formats, and automatically reproduces whatever the source is providing.

How does one stream netflix via Blu Ray wired to ISP through a tv?

First you have to hook up network cable to Blue Ray player and to router
Next update software in Blue Ray player by going thru your menu in blue ray player to settings
If you have your blue ray player with Netflix app then all
you do is click on app and log in.
And make sure HDMI cable is plugged into TV.
And that should work for you. Any problems write me back.

My blu-ray won't let me connect to netflix on demand

The photo you put suggests a Samsung BD-P1500 Blu-Ray player which doesn't appear to have Netflix Streaming built in to the player. Follow this link for Samsung players that do support Netflix:
