I HAD A VIRUS SO I HAD TO GET RID OF EVERYTHING . I DON'T REMEMBER IF I HAD A DISK FOR THIS PRINTER. BUT I CAN'T FIND IT SO IT WILL NOT WORK CAN YOU HELP ME DOWN LOAD IT AGAIN

Go to this page:
HP 4315 Support
Click on "Software & Driver downloads".
Next page select your Operating Syatem.
Then all the available software will be listed. There is also a link to order a new CD if desired.
