Calipers not releasing the front rotors

Is it that both right and left front brakes are binding? Could be a metering valve, but usually it's a faulty caliper that causes the binding. Important to have this looked at. Take car in to reputable service garage for diagnosis. Brakes most important part of a vehcile= saves Lives!!!

I refitted boot rubber on caliper brake.Do I need to take vehicle to a garage to reset ABS sensor,on brakes.

no
there is no calibration process required for the sensor
if the brakes are still binding on the calliper that you have worked on, it is most probably from the sections seized on the pins that should be free to allow the calliper body to self centralize over the disc rotor
the main body is attached to the stub axle and the second section is free to move on 2 pins and can be pulled apart from the main body if the pins are not seized up
take it to an accredited brake specialist shop for a proper diagnosis

Right rear wheel heats up and smells hot when pulling a load and using brakes often

the brake is binding causing the brake material to keep contact with the braking surface. the smell is the brake material burning. have it checked by a pro. what type of brakes are they? if disk, the piston is binding, if drum the wheel brake cylinder is binding. expect to replace either

Hot front wheel

The only thing likely to generate heat in the front whell hub is the brake disk, if this is not a result of driving habit (accelerating and braking hard) then you probably have a caliper binding slightly.
A quick way to establish this is if the car drifts to one side if you let go of the steering wheeel on a straight road or it pulls to one side when braking. If it is a binding caliper it is quite easily remedied by taking off the calipers and cleaning and greasing the slides.

Unexpected Rewinding

Could you be putting too much film onto the wind spool? Take the end of the film leader no farther than the RED/ORANGE marker at the spool. Too much film will cause it to bind and start rewinding.
