Question about Element Electronics Televison & Video
Element flat screen tv model no.:ELCHW261 When I plug the tv in the light will turn red then when I push the power button it will turn blue and stay blue, but the tv screen still appears as if it's off. When I push the power button to turn it off nothing happens the light stays blue. When I unplug the power cord it make a little popping sound. All I need to know is, what part/s I need to fix it and where I can buy this part/s it would help to have a price range as well thanks in advance!
At this stage, try replacing ps Caps. Old elements had cap problems in ps area.

SOURCE: 32' Element tv model FLX3220F
The power source of your tv is totally fried - normal behaviour from it, it's a total garbage, made with the cheapest parts available. Unplug the tv from the wall ASAP to limit the damage done to the other components.
You will have to replace the power source completely(both parts), it's too far gone to be saved. You can find them here
