SOURCE: cant put songs onto my daughters bratz mp3 player

Hi,
When plugging a USB removable device/storage, you should see an icon named "Safely Remove Hardware" in the system tray (right side of the task bar, near the clock). Left click on it, and you should see a list of removable hardware.
If you can not see the device there, then there is problems with your MP3 player, perhaps the battery is too weak; if this is the case, just leave it a few minutes until the device charged and initializes and recognized by the computer.
If you can see the device, but no drive letter assigned to it, then there is problem assigning drive letter to it.
You can re-arrange the drive letter assignment by entering Computer Management console: right-click on My Computer, then click on Manage.
Choose Disk Management, and assign a drive letter to your device.

How do I download music onto a Bush KW-MPO3

I believe that the model is the Bush KW-MP03; it's an 8GB music player with LCD. To add music to the MP3 player, connect it to your computer with the micro-USB charging cable (or a replacement) that came with it. The computer must be on but the player can be on or off. Note: the KW-MP03 drivers are compatible with Windows or Linux; drivers for Macintosh OS versions are not available. The MP3 player will act like a USB flash drive. Locate it in File Explorer (Windows) or mount it (Linux). Open a second File Explorer window (Win+E) and go to the folder with the music files you want to add. Just drag and drop files from one folder to the other. Alternatively, copy the files by typing the commands in a terminal or command prompt window.

Bush has the manual here: https://www.argos-support.co.uk/instruction-manual/6165712-bush-8gb-mp3-player-with-lcd-black.pdf .

I hope this helps.

8GB 1.8" LCD MP3 MP4 FM 3RD Gen Media Player wont recognize my videos!

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer. Purchased this Diamond Slim 8GB Slim 1.8"LCD MP3/MP4 Radio FM Player on Ebay and then received it. Pretty much a piece of ****. No instruction manual. No idea how to upgrade firmware or load songs. ...

Hello,
You are probably a victim of a scam. Its not a good idea to buy mp3 players off ebay or memory sticks. A lot of them are fake or scams. Especially don't buy ones with odd names like diamond etc.. Its safer to stick with brandnames you know such as sony, ipod, etc..
You can read more about mp3 player / memory stick scams on this ebay post. http://reviews.ebay.com/Fake-MP3-MP4-Radio-FM-Player-and-How-to-fix-it-right_W0QQugidZ10000000010907516

I can't figure out how to install my 16GB Ipod 4th Generation mp4

About your recent purchase of
16GB 4th Gen Slim MP3 MP4 Media Player with FM radio

You have been sold a fake sized player. it is hacked to show 16GB actual size may be around 1GB to 8GB. test your player with "H2TESTW 1.4" you will find it the first hit on www.google.com let other people know and open a dispute on paypal, you have been sold a fake item. Do not return the item for refund as sellers address is very likely wrong, useless to wait for a replacement player because they all are hacked. Get a partial refund. I paid 35usd, got 20usd refunded just now.

About your problem.
The player doesn't require anything works with vista and xp /etc just by plugging it into your computer and then turn it on, it will show up on your my computer as a removeable disk.

Go gear will not operate in recording mode

The Go Gear SA52XX series is only capable of recording FM in Europe - the US versions, even though they have the same manual, will not allow FM Recording. I haven't heard that won't do voice recordings, but it doesn't surprise me - update the firmware - the directions are on Philips website. If it still won't record voice recordings, get a different mp3 player, because this is not the one.

The Philips SA6045, SA5125, and a few others will do FM and voice recordings. Ironically, the newer Philips GoGear's will not.
