Question about Buffalo Technology MiniStation Computers & Internet
I am connecting my device it is not being recognized i have linux mint
It looks like Linux Mint is not a supported OS.
Only the following are supported:
Windows 8 (32-bit/64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit/64-bit), Windows Vista (32-bit/64-bit), Windows XP, Mac OS X 10.5 or later
The Linux Mint Dev Team may be working on a solution, but this is not something Buffalo will help you with.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
