Go to this link for owners manual. Pay special attention on how to find your watches movement number.

I have an older citizen promaster - 410487 5862-F80103TA - the alarm wont turn off

The alarm-setting process for your Citizen Promaster watch is similar to the process used to set the time and date. Access the Alarm mode on your watch by pressing the bottom left button until "AL" is displayed. Use the watch's bottom left button to advance the flashing and the buttons on the right side of the watch to set the alarm to the desired time. If that doesnt help, then I would HIGHLY suggest you ask Citizen at their website as follows: good luck

I have an eco-drive watch. Model EW8XXX/EP4XXX/Cal.No. B023. Is this watch still available & what is the cost?

The manual can be found at
The instructions require studying them close, because after the watch looses power for a long time, under the sun the second hand will move in a special sequence to signal it (1) needs the time to be set, and (2) the internal battery is or is not fully charged. Please read Note(2) of the manual.

Citizen Chronograph watch - Button A and B not responding

You would probably have $50 or more in repairs at a Jeweler, but it maybe worth it to you to have that done.

Setting a Citizen Chronograph watch

assuming the battery isn't dead (IF IT IS DON'T TAKE THE BACK OFF, YOU WILL LOSE THE SPRING THAT MAKES THE ALARM SOUND) the button on the bottom right click it until the function selector is pointed to time, then pull the button out, then the top two buttons i believe change the hour hands. before setting the time you will need to zero this watch out, or calibrate it or the date will not change in synch with the time at midnight.

my battery is dead and i am a truck driver and am therefore having a difficult time (no pun intended) finding a place i can get parked to have my battery changed. please believe me when i tell you that you will lose this spring, a jeweler lost mine once and it took months to order a new one
