Sins we joint Vodafone last year September we have problems with the accounts and services. fist they send us the wrong sim cards. then billed us wrong .then change the account numbers almost every month and know they disconnect our services because the payment I made last moth went in the wrong account and I did inform them last week but nothing was done and today they disconnect our services because they could not track the payment in their own accounts. after 3 ours on the phone with them finally they solved it but only offer me one month free after all the discomfort ,stress without our services .what they have done was eligal and its keep happening month after month .I want compensasion
Was this on the laptop Internet? Get another laptop. Makes perfectly good sense if your laptop caused all this problems.
