Question about Mitsubishi L75A91 75 in. LaserVue HDTV

Open Question

I have a Mistsubishi L75-A91, I would turn it on and it would stay on for 15 seconds and then shut off. It did this about 4 times so I did a total reset on the TV and now it comes on but very blurry. Is there any ajustments I can do?

SOURCE: replaced bulb but tv comes only comes on for about 10 to 15 seconds then shuts down and red light flashes

It sounds like you have a bad ballast board, or possibly the power supply going to the ballast bulb. I'm afraid that if you do not have the repair experience on solid state TV sets, you will need to contact and authorized Mitsubishi repair center. Good Luck

SOURCE: Power turns off automatically

Same w/ mine.  Repairman said they turn off auto to protect the set no matter what is wrong.  Take it to be fixed.  Mine was right at $100.  Works great again.

SOURCE: Mitsubishi vs-50609 wont stay powered on

Hello nicolastran,

I gave this advice to someone with this same problem so here it is again:

It sounds like your shutdown circuit is being activated. This is due to excess current being drawn. This usually happens in the High Voltage section of the TV or one of the deflection stages. Due to the nature of this problem I would suggest that you take it to a local TV repair shop or have a TV repair person come out and take a look at the issue. The HV section is dangerous and should be dealt with by a qualified TV repair technician.

Thank you,
I hope this helps

SOURCE: TV WILL NOT COME ON

Your tv is probably going into a "protection mode" this means something inside the set had failed. This is the tv's way of shutting down before more damage can occur. This could mean many different things that could have gone wrong with this unit. Your best bet is to call your local dealer and have them come out and look at it for you. Tearing apart tv's is very dangerous! Some sets have up to 30,000 volts on the anode! GOOD LUCK!

SOURCE: Projection TV keeps shutting down

Good Day;

Sounds like you have a bad green picture tube that has failed. To check this out; remove front speaker grill, remove small panel, you will see three CRT's (pictue tubes) sticking down, remove the little board on the middle tube then restore power. If TV stays on more then likely the CRT is bad but not always the driver on board could also be bad, check voltages.

Good Luck, big IRISH.

Hi i jave a mitsubishi L75-A91 and my hdmi ports have stopped working how can i fix this

Try a factory reset. If it do not help you, check and replace its main digital board.
There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Service mode entry, adjust and exit procedure to many popular brand TVs are given. Never forget to exit the service mode, after all adjustments have been done.

Pls i need equation for :- The sum of N1200 is invested in three project X,Y,Z at the ratio of 4,5,6 respectively. The expected cash inflow per annum is N700. the combined income for projects X and Y is...

Two ways to get to the same answer:
1) If X,Y, & Z are invested in the ratio of 4:5:6 then the amount invested in Z is 6/(4+5+6) times the total of N1200
= 6/15 * 1200
= N480
(Note: X is 4/15 and Y is 5/15 of the total investment,
4/15 + 5/15 + 6/15 = 15/15)
2) The second sentence says: Income from X plus income from Y minus income from Z is N140 and total income is N700. Total income is 700/1200 of the investment.
As formulas:
(Inc X + Inc Y) - Inc Z = 140 (rewriting: Inc X + Inc Y = 140 + Inc Z)
Inc X + Inc Y + Inc Z = 700
Substituting second formula into third:
(140 + Inc Z) + Inc Z = 700
140 + 2 Inc Z = 700
2Inc Z = 700 - 140 = 560
Inc Z = N280
Inc Z is also 700/1200 of investment in Z.
N280 = 700/1200 investment in Z
Investment in Z is 1200/700 * N280
Investment in Z is N480.

You can return to factory settings. Press "on" button and hold it for 5 second. Then, during boot, press "on" button and hold it for 15-20 second. Repeat this steps 7 more times (8 totally). Then just turn on and watch the restored factory firmware from hidden area.

RCA CC311 camcorder it turns off after a few seconds

If your are still looking for an answer... The camera has some bad capacitors on one, or more, of the internal boards. I had the same problem.
There's a man named Cameron in Florida that can fix it (AV Repair), but it won't be cheap! I had him fix mine... it cost $350.00! But I love my camera... filmed many, many, things with it. It works great, and looks professional, and is... recorded tapes have excellent quality, and when transfered to DVD they can be enhanced (if you need to)!
