Try to clear your browser data:
• Open the 'Edit' menu and select 'Empty Cache'.
• Click 'Empty' to confirm that you want to empty the cache.

When was the last time you used the site? And how strong is the password on the account? It sounds like, and it is mostly the case, you got hacked. I would suggest changing the password there as well as changing the passwords to any other online service you use.

we just need to add an S to http IN adrees baar we should put https://www.facebook.com instead of http://www.facebook.com...temporarily try this and after 1 week the facebook page will become normal...

Please check their profile setting that what is the visibility level of their profile and also check the same things in your profile as well, there are so many options available in facebook profile settings
