My Panasonic is Model# SA-ht650. The fan does not come on to cool the unit down. I took the fan out and tested it and it does work with 12 Volts DC @ 1.5 amps. Any suggestions.

For others, the fan on this model only runs with the volume turned way up, to test it unhook the speakers and play something like the radio with the volume set to 0dB, the fan should run.

I need a 2x2 brushless fan model # rdm5015s dc 12 volt. where do i find one please?

Perhaps try Google's Product Search?

It appears to be a fairly standard 50x50x15mm fan with a two pin type 2 connector. Try looking for a two pin 50mm fan with a thickness of less than or equal to 15mm.
A quick search I've done can be found here.

Fridge is not cool enough 12 degrees C. Freezer is -3 degrees

The cooling air outlet is clogged or blocked. Cool air is not entering the fridge section as indicated by the low temperature in the freezer section. It shows that the compressor is working fine and the system is good. If your unit has a brushless DC fan motor that circulates air to the fridge section, it may not be working properly or not working at all. You have to replace it.

How to remove the cover

If this is a rackmount style... there are 2 or more torx style screws on the bottom side (I'm looking at a 3C16671A) which you will need to remove. If there is an expansion board which slides into a backside slot, then this board will likely need to be removed first too. Also on the backside may be a couple of plastic hooks which help to clip the top on.

Once all retention screws are removed the cover can be lifted backside up some first, then slide towards front some, then clear off. Don't force anything...

I think the cooling fan is the same size as often used on the old 486, Pentium, Pentium II, and some Pentium III heatsink assemblies.
