SOURCE: my sonicare tooth brush wont stop beeping

This happened to me as well. One long, two short beeps. Incessantly. Only happens when brush is on the charger.

Try this simple fix first. Hold down the SILVER button for 5 seconds while the toothbrush is on the charging base. If the fix works, it will fix the problem immediately like magic.

If that doesn't work, try this:

1) remove brushhead.
2) use screwdriver in the base and turn 1/4 turn
3) push out assembly from the top
4) dry the inside of of the base handle. allow to air dry
5) allow the switch to air dry
6) reassemble

It is making 3 beeps and I would like to know what that means, and what I should do next.

Hi Noel:
The instructions that came with it should tell you.
I'd guess at 2 possibilities:
1) Needs re-charging
2) Brush needs replacing

Why is it making a loud noise after reacharging, never before

Are you sure the brush attachment is "tight" to the handle? Do you have a new brush to try? It should confirm handle is bad or it is the brush attachment "tightness" .

My sonicare toothbrush starting beeping during the night and kept beeping.

Probably two reasons for this. 1) the contacts at the base of the brush are not clean which will prevent proper charging , the low battery beep is telling you to recharge.2) the battery needs replacing.

Phillips sonicare toothbrush keeps turning on by itself and function lights stopped working

My flexcare began randomly turning itself on about a week ago. When charging it would vibrate a pattern of one short, then 2 short bursts. After talking with tech support and finding my flexcare was out of warranty, fixed it myself.

I opened the the base with a flat head, disconnected the battery (my model did not have a soldered in one) and wiped out the condensation in the housing and on the brush. I put it back together and it works as before. YMMV

It stops before 2 minutes and when i turn it back on, it vibrates for less than 2 seconds and stops automatically.

Firstly, please check if the metal shaft is loose. Its that part where your brush head connects with the toothbrush handle. If its loose then it has to be replaced. Contact Philips support for a replacement, if its under warranty.

Please plug in the charger with the handle on charger base and hold the on/off button for 7 seconds in order to hear two beeps. Please hold the on/off button again to hear one beep. Do you hear two beeps followed by one?

If yes, then your unit has been reset. Please leave it on charging for 24 hours and then use it again. It should be able to hold charge now.

My daughters sonicare toothbrush makes a noise but the bristles do not vibrate anymore. She only used it for about 4 days.

This happened to me as well. In my case, it meant that one of the metal bars for the brush head broke. If you unscrew the brush from the base and look at it, touch the metal stabilizer bars inside to see if one of them is broken. If so, a simple brush head replacement will fix your problem.
