donuts float in hot oil so only one side will cook
it requires a device to flip the donuts over to cook both sides
if it has that device , it is not working and if it doesn't have that device , turning them over will be your job

call a Honda dealer in the parts department for this information I always replace my donuts with an extra regular tire for the car if it will fit in the place where the donut fits
