You need more internet speed. Over the years mine went from terrible at 8mb/sec to bearly acceptible. at 40mb/sec. I should not have problems but I do. Part of it is nefflix. They lack enough bandwith to provide popular films or popular viewing times but won't admit it no matter who proves it. They also stream to newer customers as a priority. They won't admit to this either. I end up watching something else. Good luck.
Netflix needs a fast download speed I tried netflix but my ADSL2 landline but it was too slow and I experienced this annoying behaviour . Unfortunately Netflix and other movie providers do not let us download ahead of the movie to allow for delays or errors in transmission slowing down the live streaming. Fibre optic data stream land service would fix this I am not sure on g4 mobile data as it is faster than g3 mobile data but is not always available when radio channel slots for g4 as used in an area . G3 is a revert to service when g4 is not available. Phone has to have g4 capability also.
Most often Netflix slows down or stops in middle due to weak or unstable internet connection. First ensure you have a good internet speed. You can check your internet speed from ScanmySpeed.com after checking your internet speed visit Netflix to get a help from Netflix regarding your issue. Good luck.
This is generally because of your internet connection either being too slow to support streaming movies using Netflix or being overburdened by other applications or users on your network using up the available bandwidth. Try taking a look at the attached link to see whether your internet connection can properly handle Netflix. How fast should my Internet connection be to watch Netflix
