you gently push up on the door latches (hook-like devices on the door)
there should be spring tension. If they just flop right up, the spring
Normally the problem is not the spring, but a broken spring mounting tab on the door latch head (hook) assembly or the inner door panel.
If it's the door panel, it's usually easier and cheaper to use epoxy and some kind of hardware to fashion a new spring mount.
The door latch head (hook) is easy to replace or repair if that's the issue.
We have critical safety & disassembly info at our site, linked here.
Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the screws you need to remove.
Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) here that demonstrates how it's done.
The best place to order parts is Tritronics. You can also call them at 866-779-5835.

This is not an easy fix as a DIY because of the way the interal screws are positioned. The inner glass plate and frame have to be removed then using a stick mirror locate the screws and work in reverse of the mirror image. It is easier to have the skilled guys do it I assure you

One of the latches has broken off and
is not lifting the dother latch clear of the housing. Remove from any
power source, remove the cover of the cabinet. Slacken off the clamp
mechanism and ease the clamp over the guide to allow the door to
open. When a new door lever is in place, the door may be easily
adjusted by slackening off the screws that clamp the door
catch/actuators in place whilst holding the door closed and then
tightening the screws. The rear of the door may be adjusted by
slackening the lower door hinge screws and adjusting as required.
I hope that helps.
