I have the same problem - best solution I've found is to right click on inbox, then click on open. Do same for messages. I am able to compose and send, but you won't know it sent because compose box just reopens. To delete, click on delete, wait a second, then click on "home" icon. You will delete mail, just not know it. FRUSTRATING!!!

You need to contact facebook support
You also need to contact your email provider and alert them to the abuse.

If your account has been hacked and there is access to your login email address, reset your password by selecting the "Forgot" link that appears above the Password field on the Login page. When you have done this, an email is sent to you with steps for this process.
If your login email has been compromised or changed, and your account has been hacked, then you need to send Facebook a status update. This will allow them to look into it further. http://www.facebook.com/help/?faq=15838

SOURCE: my facebook account has been hacked and my passwords changed also my windows live acc i cant access my emails or facebook i contacted them both and now i just dont understand why they are not helping
fill in this hotmail recovery tool they seem to ignore all other requests, you might be able to recover facebook after that once ur email address is reinstated, hotmail will ask original questions about your account when it was set up such as date of birth and postcode etc https://account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx
