SOURCE: can't connect wireless stereo to sylvania 6620LF4

Hi, Ok, I now understand what the problem is. Sorry I missed the fact that it is due to no audio outputs on the TV. The audio board is designed to power low impedance speakers and doesn't have a big power amp to drive them. I do not have a schematic of that particular TV so I do not know how the headphone jack is wired. The way it basically works is, when you insert the plug, the tip pushes a contact away from another contact thus making one circuit and breaking another. You can test this externally by inserting an unwired plug or look at it from the inside and bridge the tip connection. I would only advise this if you have some technical skills. Other than that the thing is working like it was designed, they don't want you to use both. Sorry, I hate to give this type of news, but I am one of the only ones who will. Good Luck to you!

Instructions
1
Set up the transmitter. Wireless headphones rely on a transmitter that sends audio via infrared or radio waves to your headset. Use the digital audio output (coaxial or optical), RCA outputs (red and white) or headphone jack on your TV to connect the transmitter. The connection will depend upon which outputs are available on your TV and/or the transmitter.
2
Use an RCA-to-headphone adapter. If you don't have a headphone jack on your TV and the transmitter includes only a headphone connection, connect an RCA-to-female headphone connector. This will allow you to plug the wireless transmitter into the female headphone end and then hook the RCA ends into your television's audio outputs. You may also need a 3.5 mm (mini jack)-to-1/4-inch adapter if the headphone plug on the transmitter doesn't match the television jack.

3
Set the transmitter on top of, or next to, the television. For infrared transmitters, you'll need a direct path between the headphones and the transmitter. Placing the transmitter on or near the TV will allow you to take advantage of the clear path you already have.
4
Plug in the transmitter and turn it on. Charge the headphones if necessary.
5
Turn on the headphones. Adjust the volume and settings and you're ready to watch TV.

All i get is radio stations but cant get no tv

HELLO I ALSO HAVE HD238 AND I FIGURED WHY THE ONE SPEAKER PLAYS THATS BECAUSE THE COMPANY WANTS TO MAKE IT EASY TO BREAK-DAMAGE-DESTROYED
IF YOU OPEN THE ONE SPEAKER YOU WILL SEE THAT THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE TO POLES IS WITH A HAIR OF A CABLE AND BY THAT WITH THE SIMPLEST DROP OF THE HEADPHONES CAN CUT.
NOW I AM TRYING TO PUT NEW WIRE "HAIR" BUT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT BECAUSE I WILL PROBABLY MELT THE PLASTIC OR DESTROY THE SPEAKER AN OPTION I PROPOSE IS TO STICK THE WIRE HAIR WITH GLUE

Can I watch a DVD and use the WH-930 headphones to hear it better?

Most DVD's have line-level outputs which will NOT drive headphones. You need to run the audio line outputs, which are usually RCA jacks to jacks on an amplifier and then plug the headphomes into that. An inexpensive source for an amplifier is OFTEN at thrift shops. Run the pair of cables into jacks that would likely be labeled TAPE INPUT for example. FInd one that does have a headphone output jack on the front.
