Question about Roper REX4634KQ Electric Dryer

Open Question

Dryer has low heat

I have a 10 year old Roper electric dryer, Mod: REX5634KQ1, Ser: MR0110778, Type: D433-ELE-2406028-FM54. The dryer works but only low heat is coming out, some heat, but low. Things I checked, there is 240 volts going to the dryer, 120 out of each electric lead. I disconnected the vent line and did a load, thinking their was slow venting but with no change. That brings me to think I have bad parts? High limit thermostat part #3977767, or dryer heating element part #3403585. Part numbers are from sears parts direct.com, they have a good diagram and part list of everything in the dryer. What do you think, what parts should I start replacing?

I have a whirlpool Dryer type: D433-ELE-2406028-FM54, Model: LER463JQO. It takes atleast 2 cycles to dry the whole load completely, and I'm wondering what I can do to fix this problem?

You may have a clogged vent pipe. I would take it apart and clean it all out.If that doesn't help then you may have other problems.Could be thermostat or one bad element. Hope this helped.

MOD: REX4635EW2 SER: MJ0922226 Type: D433-ELE-2406028-FM54 Won't turn on just buzzes when hit the start button. Have already checked plug in and braker box?

Remove the back panel from the control panel to access the start switch. If there are 4 wires on the start switch, replace the start switch.

Dryer runs no heat

Sounds to me you either blew the fuse or tripped the circuit for the heating element. Try replacing the fuse or resetting the breaker before trying any repairs.
