Make sure the attachment is engaged into the drive shaft properly, failing that its a common fault that the gear boxes wear if they are not maintained regularly

I have installed a new blade in my circular saw R32021 and the blade stalls even before I begin to cut wood

by stalling do you mean that the blade stops spinning or the motor stops turning
if the blade stops spinning then the mounting bolt for the blade is not tight enough
if the motor stops spinning , junk it and get a new unit

Vibration coming from cutting blade through the machine Stihl hl75k

Do you have bent blades.? Try removing the 'driveshaft' and adding a coating of grease, the shafts can become dry within a plastic liner and start to vibrate

Saw stops when i start cutting 1/2 plywood.

If it actually binds and stops the motor...... it sounds like the motor is bad, the bearings are bad, or the blade is on backwards. If the motor keeps spinning, but the blade stops then the gears are bad or the blade bolt is not tight.

Cutting 5" log with resaw

Check the teeth tips on the right side of the blade--they may have been dulled by running into something hard--a small rock, nail, or other debris embedded in the wood. Good luck!

Mower is not shooting the grass out when using the mulcher. I have to clean the grass out when cutting the grass.

Maybe the grass you are trying to MUCLH is a little too high. Mulching doesn;t really cause the machine to "shoot" out the grass the way conventional cutting with a conventional blade does....it is the type of blade that when spinning, creates air pockets under the deck that allow the blades to keep cutting the grass over and over. Switch to a different blade to get it to shoot out.

It does not grind the beans. The motor is running and it is spinning but nothing happens.

I am assuming you refer to the spinning of the motor, but not the grinding mechanism? Often times, the blade, grinder, or whatever does the actual work is on a shaft from the motor. There is a 'shear pin' through the blade, &tc which not only holds it on the shaft, but causes it to turn. If something jams the cutting part, the pin 'shears' off, to protect the motor from burning out. It sounds like that is what has happened to your grinder. The shear pin bits must be removed from the grinder and the motor shaft and a new one inserted. Usually, a common 'roll pin' will make a suitable substitute. Just make sure it is the proper diameter for a tight fit.
The motor shaft spins, but the blade, &tc does not turn.

Hand jig saw stops cutting - makes whirring noise - then restarts

Jig saws are not made to cut through aluiminum espescially that size. That is really thick and it sounds like you have worn out the motor trying to cut it. If the saws are hot. Let them cool down then proceed but like I metioned before you are putting a lot of stress on something not made to cut aluminum even with a metal cutting blade
