As described the voltage you are seeing is fake. if there is no led lighting in the indoor unit check the small transformer in the indoor unit you should get 12V DC or 24V DC out from it

SOURCE: LG split (3 indoor) LMU360CE

The LED #2 is only flashing while in disconnection or short in Thermistor (3 sec off / 0.5 sec on). If you want to change it, note: this is not an easy job to do! You will need to remove the top panel, then remove the control paneland then the front panel to gain access to the thermistor. The part isnot available to the public and requires an authorized service techfrom LG to take care of this problem. You will need a special tool toremove the front door seal spring clamp.
But you can call customer service @ 800 243 000 and see if theycan transfer you over to parts. Just give them the model and serial #and see if they would be willing to sell you the thermistor part. Youwill also need the door seal spring clamp removal tool to make the jobeasier.

Won't power on!

You may need an electrician or tech to look at this as you will probably need special tools. If you have a multimeter, check the interconnect cable - the cable that connects the indoor to the outdoor and allows it to communicate. Check that they are connected correctly and to the right terminals. Check the voltages - supply and signal. Set your meter to DC Volts, test between terminals 2 and 3, of the outdoor unit and wiring terminals. You
should see 0-65 V dc, it will be fluctuating.
If the Voltage is not present disconnect the inter unit wiring, test the Voltage on the wiring terminals again, If
No Voltage is present, the outdoor PCB must be faulty.

My LG mini split want cut off. I can cut it off on the unit but it still runs wide open it will not cut off by the remote either. any help appreciated.

This sounds like a faulty thermostat (indoor unit), or a welded (shut) set of contacts in the condensing unit (outdoor unit)

The supply is 220v going to pcb. indoor .the outdoor unit was not working due the power supply..was 110v,, prom the pcb indoor..

I assume you are in Australia? There should be a 240v feed to the indoor unit. Once the indoor unit has been switch on , there shouldbe a 240 v supply to the outdoor unit. The communications wire will fluctuate what voltage is supplied to the outdoor. Unless you are a licenced electrician, I would not suggest you attempt to check these figures as the risk of electrocution is very high. No power to the outdoor unit can be as simple as a failed air / pipe sensor on the indoor unit , or the indoor board itself is faulty. Call up an LG Agent in your area for service and to protect your welfare..

I have an LG split system air conditioner model number LSZ244VN-4 it is coming up with a fault code of CS after it has been running for approx 5 minutes

There is no CS code. Please read as C5.
Fault Code 05 and 53 (CH05 is displayed at indoor unit, 53 is displayed at outdoor unit)
This fault code indicates a communication error between the indoor and outdoor units; this is usually caused
by wiring errors or condensate pumps connected to the inter-connecting cable.
The communication between the units is a fluctuating DC voltage commonly called a serial signal, it can be
easily lost if the wiring is not done correctly. If there is a communication error fault CH05 will appear within 5
mins of powering up the system.
Testing
• Check Outdoor and Indoor Power Supply Voltages ( 230V ±10% ) and correct as necessary.
• Check for any mis-wiring or loose connections and correct as required.
• Check the resistance between communication line and GND. (Normal: Over 2M).
• If one Indoor unit operates normally Outdoor PCB is generally normal.
Turn on the power and start the indoor unit in cooling, set the temperature to 18ºC; the serial communication
signal will only be present for the first 3 mins of operation.
Set your meter to DC Volts, Test between terminals 5 (Red probe) and 2 or Earth (Black probe) of the outdoor
unit, you should see a fluctuating 0-72 Vdc.
If the Voltage is not present disconnect the terminal 5 cable, test the Voltage between this wire (Red probe)
and 2 or Earth (Black probe), you should see a steady voltage in the range of -0.1 to -10.0 Vdc. If No Voltage
is present either the cable or Indoor PCB must be faulty. This can be determined by checking the voltage
output on the Comms terminal of the Indoor unit, with the Comms wire disconnected. If No Voltage is present
the Indoor PCB must be faulty, if present, cable must be at fault.

Eee code displayed

To work out what the error code is press the orange start/stop button on the remote controller so unit operation is stopped.
Then press and hold "energy save" and "zone control" button simultaneously for at least five seconds, the error code will be along the lines of En:nn where the "En:" is the error code and the ":nn" indicates the indopor unit address if there are multiple indoor units connected to the one controller. If the upper vertical bar on the capital E is missing so it looks maybe like a 2 or something don't worry for some reasons they just do that
Some common error codes are:
E0 Communication error between indoor unit and wired remote control, check if there is 12VDC between terminal 1 + 3 at remote control and 8-9VDC pulsating between terminal 2 + 3. If DC volts out of Indoor pcb is below about 11.6VDC it will cause this error, the problem is normally dry capacitors in the 12 VDC power supply section. This model has two power supply sections on indoor pcb.
E1 Communication error between indoor unit and outdoor unit,
EF Discharge temperature abnormal

U4 System transmission between indoor and outdoor units Daikin

Sounds like an interconnecting wiring error. Check wiring connection i.e. wires are connected in right order 1 to1 2 to 2 etc. from indoor terminal board to outdoor terminal board. Also check for slack or loose connections.
Hope this helps I take the time to answer your question so please rate me
