Question about T-Mobile Concord
I reset the phone, and put the sim card back in but now it's not working & it says emergency calls only & No sim card even if it's in it. How do I solve this? Btw the carrier is simple mobile.

As far as I know there are two possibilities to get this error message. One is poor signal of that respective network for which you just need to switch OFF and ON your mobile and the mobile will be able to receive the signal from near by tower. You may also get this error message when you are trying to insert a sim other than which the mobile is locked to.To solve this problem you need to unlock the phone from that particular network or use the same sim to which the mobile is locked to.To unlock your phone you can get unlock code from any vendors online like http://www.wickedunlock.com/supported-phones/rs5wp7/

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

1. Insert your non-TMobile sim card 2. The phone display says "Enter the code". 3. On your Sidkick, press the "X" button. 4. You will see the menu. 5. Choose the left-up angle button. 6. Choose "setting"--->"network"--->"scan and select manually". 7. The phone will search for your network. 8. When your Sidekick finds your network, you can use the phone to make calls
with other sim cards you cant use data services...t-mobile uses different type of connection from other companies

I had the same problem with the sidekick i bought off of ebay , when you cal customer care just tell them you got it off ebay and you need the old users information deleted, they will give you step by step instructions on how to do so. Remember to not call on your sidekick becasue you will have to restart the phone.
