Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: NATIONAL NV-370

Yes, the NV 370 was among the most produced and popular VCR machines by Panasonic. Ifthere is no color, only 2 reasons i can think of - 1. Check the Colour / B&W switch at t5he rear of the machine. It might accidently be on 'B&W' mode. 2. Clean the video Heads. Dirty Heads also show as B&W picture on this machine. 3. There is a internal circuitry fault (tho' very rare in this machine. If it is a circuit fault, then there is nothing you can do, unless you know Solid state Electronics servicing. And even after that, it may become difficult to service, as spares may not be available. Machine is a 20 year old model.

SOURCE: Videocassette stuck in Panasonic NV-G50 VHS VCR; can't eject

Generally, you have to take off the cover, and find the motor that drives the cassette loading mechanism, then turn the motor shaft with your fingers (many many times) until the cassette is unloaded.
Usually the moter is easy to get at on top just to the right of the cassette mechanism. However sometimes it is underneath and you can only get at it by taking everything apart. Don't try this yourself and don't take the cassette carraige assembly apart trying to get at the cassette unless you don't plan on using this VCR again.

Sounds like the auto White Balance read the scene incorrectly.
You can fix this in most Pro NLE (non linear editors) applications like Final Cut etc.

Problem in video recordeing from tv to camera

IT may not like that you are taking a feed from the tv to you camcorder?
IT may be detecting some form or copyright and is attempting to block the recording.
IF the end result is that you have a good recording then you should be ok. But dont take my word for it contact Panasonic corporate to see what they think.
Cheers

My panasonic nv-gs15

The symptom appears to be video head clogging. I would first try to use head cleaning tape. (use new one). Run the cleaning tape for about 10 seconds but not more and see if it resolve the problem. If not, camcorder need a tracking adjustment by a technician. Good Luck. James. For further assistance, go to www.camerarepairjapan.com

Panasonic NV-GS60 with horizontal lines appear on screen

Clean the heads(use the specified cleaning tape sparingly).
Change tape. Using Panasonic video tape? It sounds like no. You might get by with Sony... Try Panasonic.
The tapes are different thickness, durability and therefore suitability for cameras. Try to get ME -type tape( metal evaporated) instead of MP( metal particle) as the particles tend to flake off more readily. The blue often means no signal(video) was recorded in that space(on the tape). Let me know it it helps.
