Separate door and glass from Ignis FXVM6 oven for cleaning

To separate the inner glass from the door. Unscrew the sixsided screws sitting in the middle of a back plastc box that retains the glass at the bottom of the inner glass on each side. Once the screws are out , remowe the small boxes and lift the lower part of the glass before pulling it towards you. There are four sticky pads that keep the glass in place, so make sure they stay in place when you remove the inner glass and clean the door. To refit, reverse the operation.

Two door honda accord 1997 glass installation

When you install the glass, you have to TILT the glass at an angle and do the Forward Part DOWN to get it to sit into the Track properly... The rest is a piece of cake...

Once you have the Glass in, remember to lubricate the Track, Cables and Regulator with White Lithium Grease to ensure smooth operation

2000 HYUNDAI ACCENT, problem is the Windshield Wiper operation is malfunctioning, in the Delay mode, and in the off position, Windshield Wiper arms/blades stop at the half point on the Windshield glas

The park position is controlled inside the motor/actuator assembly. Not sure if it can be repaired. See if it is assembled with screws versus rivets. A new assembly is less than $100.

Well my battery of my mustang wint down and i had to chage the battery and my drivers window when it goes up it bouces bacj down to a 1/5 down and i want to know how to restore it.

NOTICE: Make sure no obstructions are present in the window system when carrying out this procedure.
NOTE: A battery disconnect does not require this procedure to be carried out unless the battery was disconnected while the window was operating.
NOTE: Excessive bounce-back (bounce-back that occurs with no obstructions present) may indicate a non-initialized window motor.
NOTE: Carry-out the de-initialization of the motor before initializing the motor.
NOTE: The motor will only operate in the 9-16 volt range. If the voltage drops below 9 volts, the window will not function correctly or may stop moving. If the voltage drops below 9 volts while the motor is operating, the motor will become de-initialized and will need to be initialized.
NOTE: The front window motors must be initialized whenever: a new window regulator and motor is installed, a new window glass is installed, a glass top run removal and installation or when carrying out any operation in which grease or lubricants are applied to the window system. A new front window motor is in a proportional up/down mode until initialized.
NOTE: The convertible rear window motors do NOT need to be initialized as they do not have one-touch up or one-touch down functions.
NOTE: All front window components (window glass, window regulator, window motor and glass top run) must be installed/tightened and adjusted to specification before carrying out this procedure.
NOTE: If this procedure is only partially completed, the front window motor remains non-initialized and only the proportional up/down functions operate. A non-initialized window motor may allow one-touch down operation, but does NOT allow one-touch up operation.

De-initialization then re-initialization

The motor can be de-initialized in 2 ways:

Disconnect the battery cable from the battery while the window is operating.

Remove the window motor fuse while the window is operating.

After the motor has been de-initialized, the initialization procedure must be carried out.

Make sure there are no obstructions present in the window system when carrying out this procedure. The door MUST be closed during this procedure (for convertibles, the top and quarter glass must be in the closed and up position), in order for the door window motor to initialize.

The windows must be in the full open position for this procedure to operate correctly.

Press and hold the window control switch in the UP position at the second detent until the window glass stalls into the glass top run for at least 2 seconds.

Once the top run is reached, hold the window control switch in the DOWN position at the second detent until the window glass stalls at the bottom of its travel for at least 2 seconds.

Cycle the window glass an additional 5 times to set the window soft stop for the down position.

Test for correct window operation by carrying one-touch up feature.

Good luck, if for any reason you can't give four thumbs up, please ask for more information. Thanks!

Recently replaced the battery in my wife's 04 Solara. Now the sunroof will not work "automatically" like it did before. I now have to hold the button, when I only had to press and hold for a second before....

INITIALIZATION
1. INITIALIZATION OF SLIDING ROOF MOTOR
(a) The sliding roof AUTO operation and the jam protection function may not operate normally if the battery
is disconnected/reconnected, replaced or recharged. Initialize the sliding roof system using the method
below.
(1) Turn the ignition switch ON.
(2) Initialize the sliding roof by pressing and holding the TILT UP switch until the roof glass tilts upward
fully (the roof glass automatically tilts downward slightly after fully tilting upward).
(3) Release the switch.
HINT:
If the battery terminal is disconnected, the moon roof control ECU may not detect the position of the roof
glass. If the sliding roof AUTO operation is still disabled even after the sliding roof drive gear has been initialized,
the hall IC may be malfunctioning. The hall IC is built into the sliding roof drive gear and detects the
roof glass position.
If the result is not as specified, replace the drive gear assy (moon roof control ECU).

the regulator is probably stripped out, or regulator broke off of glass track. Interior panel removal is required for inspection. Parts are available from your dealer

Need to replace sunroof glass. I have a used glass panel. How difficult is the process?

Not very at all, if you are patient, and careful with the headliner--- you must be careful with the goopy grease on the mechanism while you're in the truck getting the old glass out and the new one in. Get your torx bits ready, and some upholstery adhesive in case it's needed. The only hard part is taking out the headliner and putting it back in! Be sure to check the operation and seating from outside, as you may have to do some fine adjustment once it is in- test operation a couple of times before you re-install the headliner- and don't forget to use hand cleaner before you go back with the headliner!

Scanner leaves three vertical lines on scanned page

Hello,

A dirty glass base can cause ‘spots’ or blemishes to appear on your final printout. Additionally, if you had some sort of opaque liquid that may have transferred on to the glass base from a previous operation. But the majority of the unwanted vertical lines are generally caused by either a dirty or damaged print roller or faulty LEDs in the Scanner Module.

To separate one from the other you have to check the following:

Do you only see the lines with a Scan operation?
Do your print jobs print fine without any unwanted lines?

If you only see the unwanted lines during a Scan operation, then most likely you have a fault/dirty/obstructed LED module.

If you see the unwanted lines with all print operations (Scan, Print and Copy), then you most likely have a worn out, damaged or dirty Print Roller.

Hope this helps…
