Hello! Please go to Device Manager, right-click the Unknown Device and click Uninstall. Then up within icons you will find Scan for Hardware Changes icon (menu with arrows, show/hide, help, show/hide, scan)>click on the icon and it will run installation wizard after scanning. You will probably need to restart your computer after the process is done.
