Question about Amazon Kindle Fire HD
Charge from the wall for 30 minutes.
Press and HOLD the power button in the ON position for a slow count of 30 (ignore anything it does and keep the button held ON.)
Drink a cup of tea.
Touch the power button to turn on normally.

Press down volume up and volume down button and and then the power on/off till it shuts down for 20 seconds, it wil restart(or restart it yourself) and go in the menu of reboot and reset, then follow the intructions there.
